How long is processing and delivery time?

All products purchased before 3pm are dispatched the next working day (Monday - Friday).

Orders placed over the weekend are dispatched on Mondays (this does not include bank holidays).

Delivery time depends on the option you select at checkout.

What do I do if I need my order urgently?

If you need your order asap for a special event or something urgent, please leave a comment and we will try our best to prioritise your order. Feel free to email us on modestcolection@outlook.com for any urgent orders.

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes! We ship internationally. Please note some international orders may carry custom charges depending on your country.
