Please inspect your order upon receiving the item and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
We accept returns on our items within 7 days of the buyer receiving them. If for any reason you wish to obtain a refund you may return your non- clearance item(s) to us within 7 days of receiving your order. The buyer is responsible to ship the return to us at their own cost. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for returned items, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
If abaya is returned to us with any foreign smells or any fragrance the refund will not be eligible
